Why does our tabouly take nearly 3 hours to make for a large batch?

Because fresh isn't fast.

Every batch starts with pounds of fresh parsley that must be hand-picked, washed multiple times, dried, and finely sliced by hand. Fresh tomatoes are washed and carefully diced. Spanish onions are peeled and finely chopped. Bulgur is soaked, drained, and prepared to the proper texture before everything is combined.

Only after each ingredient is individually prepared do we mix it with fresh lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Then it rests so the flavors can come together.

No shortcuts. No pre-cut ingredients. Just time, care, and tradition in every bowl.

That's the Elham's difference.

The N.O.W Project

Yesterday was an incredible day serving the community ❤️

Yesterday’s food distribution with The N.O.W. Project was nothing short of inspiring. Over 1,600 families were served, and it was all made possible by the heart, dedication, and hard work of 70+ amazing volunteers and leaders who showed up ready to give back.

From organizing and loading cars to greeting every family with kindness and respect—these volunteers are the true heroes of our community. Their compassion and commitment remind us what it means to serve others.

At Elham’s, we were honored to volunteer help nourish those who were giving their time. Providing meals for the 70+ volunteers was our way of supporting the mission and doing our part to give back.

We are grateful to stand with organizations like The N.O.W. Project and all those who believe in making a difference.
