We know it’s been a long time, and many of you have asked about older Stacks Restaurant gift cards. Due to a system breakdown that stopped reading them, they’ve been unusable — and we truly hate that.

While the fix took longer than anyone wanted, we’re ready to make things right.

👉 If you have an old Stacks Restaurant gift card, please stop by the restaurant, bring your card, and fill out a quick questionnaire.
✅ Within 72 hours, we’ll issue you a new gift card for your original balance PLUS a bonus percentage as our thank-you for your patience.

We sincerely apologize for an issue that was beyond our control, and we can’t thank you enough for your continued support.
