On Sunday, May 18th, our credit card machine malfunctioned, and payments couldn't be batched automatically. Our processor was supposed to handle the payments manually. However, for an unknown reason, they entered incorrect amounts for some customers. We apologize for what has happened and are working with our processor to fix the error. Please be patient, and we'll resolve the issue asap. Thank you.
