Over the years I have cooked some of my favorite French dishes. I have several in my cookbook. So, I have decided to cook and post of course post my French Dishes starting this Saturday night. The French are noted for cream sauces and flambe, right up my alley. Stay tuned in.

I have decided not to do the Feast of The Seven Fishes this year
Just too much food for just me.
I am missing the days I celebrated Christmas Eve with my family.
At Ninetta and Dom's, we had a dish called Fruita di Mare. It
did not have to be Christmas Eve, to enjoy this great seafood feast. you could have it anytime. Miss those days to.
As a side note, I will be wilth great friends.

Sometime in the future, if there should be a Ninetta and Dom's Ristorante Cookbook Part Two. You will see this excerpt:
As I drive by where Ninetta and Dom’s Ristorante once was, the front of the building has been changed. There were two store fronts. One was my restaurant. Now it looks like one building, and I am guessing offices. But as I drive by, I see the Green and White striped awning, the plants in the planter boxes and the lighted Palm trees inside the front windows. I only see Ninetta and Dom’s Ristorante.
