Fritz's Fritz's is an eatery located in New Brunswick, New Jersey. We are serving sandwiches on our freshly made breads featuring homemade roasts and sauces.

After several years of renovating a house from 1877, Fritz's is establishing itself as a fast casual restaurant located in the heart of Easton Avenue. We have created a casual environment that is perfect for lunch away from the office, a study break snack or dinner with friends. We don't stop at just sandwiches, but also offer homemade desserts and baked goods that are made fresh daily in our kitchen. Our menu and dessert options will change with the seasons as The Garden State inspires us!
