Ethiopia was the first country where coffee was discovered as a beverage we know today. The legend says that some farmer discovered coffee after he noticed that after eating the berries from a certain tree, his goats became so energetic that they did not want to sleep at night. The man reported his findings to the local priest of the village, who made a drink with the berries and found that it kept him alert through the long hours of evening prayer.
So, we introduce you to our organic variety of Ethiopian coffee. A light degree of roast gives us very bright, sweet, and crispy tase. Perfect coffee for afternoons break.

This is an Organic Grade 1 natural coffee from Ethiopia's Kayon Mountain farm located in the Guji zone of Ethiopia's Shakiso district. A nice light roast with gentle acidity, it has great clarity and character. This is a perfect solution for those who love a light roast but enjoy a full-bodied brew. The taste is amazing with hints of milk chocolate, strawberry, blueberry, blackberry, and plum. Ethiopia coffees are known for their rich and complex flavors, as well as the smooth finish that can be enjoyed long after the cup has finished brewing.
