When it's your only "day off" but it's raining and gloomy so you decide to go bake something because the only thing you think about is food.

Breakfast Biscuits
Cheddar, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, all mixed into the biscuit. Made with cottage cheese to add a little extra protein and some everything bagel seasoning for some additional flavor! 🥓 🍳 🧀 🥓 🍳 🧀

Grab and Go is stocked with wraps, sandwiches, salads and some healthy sweets 😋

Strawberries came in looking beautiful so we're bringing back our PB&J Protein Shake
With muddled strawberries, vanilla whey protein and pb fit, bananas, almond milk and a little agave. (We have plant based protein too) 🥜 🍓 🥜 🍓 🍌 🍓 🥜 🍓 🥜
