While The Grouchy Goose property is currently listed for traditional sale, we’re also exploring alternative paths to ownership. This could be an ideal opportunity for the right individual or group to acquire a unique, multi-use riverfront property, along with the existing Grouchy Goose business if desired.
Beyond the potential for expanded business operations or entirely new concepts, the property could make an amazing private riverfront residence, family compound, or development opportunity.
For the right party, we’re open to creative acquisition arrangements, including opportunities to acquire majority ownership or purchase the property directly, potentially taking advantage of our existing favorable financing. All arrangements would be subject to lender approval and mutually agreeable terms.
After a couple of great years on the Guadalupe, we’re getting ready to return to the sailing life while keeping another property on River Road as our home base.
