Howdy Folks! We have our homemade brisket pastrami on the pit this weekend. We are selling the meat by the pound and making reubens with it. We also have stuffed Hatch Chili peppers (stuffed with brisket and cream cheese, wrapped in bacon and smoked) too.

Howdy Folks!!! Happy 4th of July weekend. To celebrate we are doing Giant (Dino) Beef Ribs this Friday through Sunday. We also have made up extra Jalapeno Poppers and jarred some of our Homemade BBQ sauce to go.

We are doing Loaded Baked Potatoes this weekend! These are 1lb potatoes loaded with @ 1/3lb brisket, bacon, shredded cheese, chives, and sourcream. We also have a fresh batch of our homemade BBQ sauce jarred and ready for sale.
