Our hearts go out to all our friends, vendors, caterers, event planners and most of all, our customers. (It's heartbreaking to walk through the markets and hear "When can we get popsicles again! Pop'topia was put on pause as Covid-19 took a toll on the industry the last two years. It's been inspiring to see so many of you come back strong and keep your passions alive f

or the unique products we all created. Although things are looking up, we want to ensure that the next version of Pop'topia is the best it can be, and won't be rushing a return in a small capacity. We are actively listening to proposals and seeking opportunities to reconnect with our customer base. For business inquiries, please feel free to reach out to Zack by email: [email protected]. POP’TOPIA is a locally owned and operated company making handmade, chef prepared, all-natural popsicles. They’re made and packaged, fresh each week, in our commercial kitchen. We strive to use organic ingredients and utilize local resources whenever possible. There are no artificial ingredients - no high fructose corn syrup, no additives, or preservatives in our pops.

New Braunfels Farmers Market Saturdays 9-1pm
Barton Creek Farmers Market Saturdays 9-1pm
Dripping Springs Farmers Market - Official Wed 3-6pm
Freiheit Village Farmers Market Wed 3-7pm
Lone Star Farmers Market Sundays 10-2pm

We'll also be popping up weekends at Treaty Oak Distillery, Alamo Beer Co, and lots of local festivals and events.
