Huge shoutout to our leader behind the scenes, Chef Obed Magana. Obed is the man responsible for your perfectly cooked Chilean Seabass, the creative mind behind the Crawfish Deviled Eggs at your wedding rehearsal and the conductor of the chaos in the kitchen.

He’s much more than just our guy at McAdoo’s, though. Chef Obed has been instrumental at getting Old City Hall Restaurant & Bar off the ground and running this year. He’s our executive chef Wiggins Hospitality Group group, and we are honored for his recognition as the best chef in New Braunfels.
