We have the PROPERTY.
We have the SPACE.
Now we’re looking for someone who has the vision to make it terrifying. 🖤

13 Trees Coffee Haus is looking for a creative individual, production team, theater group, haunt enthusiast, or small business interested in partnering with us to bring a Haunted House / Halloween attraction to our property in New Braunfels.

We’re not looking to simply hire someone to decorate.

We’re looking for a PARTNER who wants to help create, operate, and grow something people look forward to every October.

Think:

👻 Haunted House
🌲 Haunted Trail
🎃 Pumpkin Patch by day, Haunted Haus by night
🖤 And plenty of room to get creative

The property offers approximately 10 acres, giving us the opportunity to create something much bigger than a traditional indoor haunted house.

This could start as a seasonal attraction and potentially become an annual New Braunfels tradition.

We’re especially interested in someone who has experience with haunted attractions, theater/set design, event production, special effects, construction, acting, or Halloween events — but a great concept and the drive to execute it matter just as much.

Partnership structure, responsibilities, investment, and revenue sharing can be discussed with the right person/team.

We are still taking in everything from the Free in Texas Festival, and our hearts are incredibly full.
