Well hello there…… 😁

It’s been a minute but we were lit back up today and had a nice cook.

Loaded the pit up @ 160 leg qtrs for a birthday party.

Want to say Thank You to my brother, Edward, and Cuzn Manuel for picking up the slack this morning.

I stepped up on 2 cases of chicken and came up with a virus. I wasn’t able to get the job done, but the guys were there, and did an awesome job fulfilling the commitment.

Really not sure where I’m headed with all of this.

I just know it makes me happy to see the smiles on peoples faces that my food can bring.

Catering for 100 servings @ GCBBQ.

So my niece, Victoria, just graduated high school with massive honors and an associates degree. Yip, she’s really smart.

Today, I was more than happy to be asked to cook for 100 people in her honor.

My brother wanted tacos so here we have 10 pork shoulders of CARNITAS and our version of award winning CHARRO PINTO BEANS.

It was a loooonnnggg day and in the end everyone was super happy with the food. I am also proud of my Cuzn’s Manual, and his son Ian, and my BoBo for helping make today a massive success.

I do want to Thank Jesse Miranda for always keeping me stocked up on that seasoned Post Oak fire wood, and Cuzn Christian Flores for the cool video work.
