Last year we rolled through Lubbock to play some Colorado shows and we stayed on top of this mountain in the middle of nowhere. We brought the beef of course and made this delicious pasta to keep us warm.
Next week I’ll be heading back up there to play MOTEL SOCO Pagosa Springs and Hidden Track then I’ll be making my way back through Lubbock.
Saturday August 1st at 12pm we’ll be serving BBQ for another round of our West Texas BBQ Pachanga. Preorders are open for those. Menu is posted. If you want to guarantee your order please DM us to place it ahead of time.

Howdy yall! Happy Monday. I just wanted to put this on here and let everyone know a couple different things. My first album is starting to drop very soon and in support of the first song dropping I’m hitting the road again.
I’ll be headed up through Lubbock July 23rd to play at the famous The Blue Light Live with my buddies and great musicians The High Cards and Walker and the White Lines Right after that I’ll head to Colorado to play a couple shows and keep the train a rollin!
On the way back, you know I can’t be in Lubbock and not wanna fire up the old bbq pit. AUGUST 1st we’ll be serving out some bbq. That’s a Saturday as usual and I’m already excited just talking about it. I hope to see y’all at something along the way. I’ll keep yall updated on more things bbq and music and yall have a good night!

Hey friends 👋! If you haven’t noticed we’ve been making some menu updates! Ribs are packing a punch and coleslaw has a nice zippy flavor!! Our intention is to cook the best bbq y’all can buy! For our August cook, we’re bringing back street corn which I know a lot of yall love! We really enjoy doing these cooks for you guys! Sorry I had to think about that because I’m getting so old. Haha Ain’t no place I’d rather be cooking this weekend than home and it’s gonna be a fine time. Hope to see you folks.
