Welcome to Betty Lou Coffee Co., your new favorite coffee shop in New Braunfels, TX! We pride ourselves on creating unique handcrafted espresso drinks, matcha, cold brew, lotus energy drinks, teas, and even fun drinks for kiddos! We make the majority of our syrups from scratch and are dedicated to crafting the perfect beverage, just how you like it! We also offer savory flaky croissants, kolaches, and now, sweet babkas from a nearby bakery! Come try us today — we won't let you leave until you're happy!

After months and months of planning, waiting, building, and alllll the things… we are FINALLY almost ready to move into our new space!!!

This Saturday, September 12 will officially be our LAST DAY at the Betty Lou trailer. 🥲 We truly cannot believe we’re closing this chapter!! This little trailer has been so good to us, and we are forever grateful for every single one of you who has supported us and helped us get here. 🤍

It feels so bittersweet knowing this may be the last time we operate out of our little trailer—at least for now. 😭

If all goes well with our final inspections, we’re hoping to open the NEW SHOP sometime next week!!! 🥹☕️

Stay tuned for our official opening day. We love y’all so much and seriously cannot wait to welcome you into our new home!!! 🤍😭
