And around here, we don’t take our fajitas lightly. 🥩🔥

Our famous tender beef starts with a Hall of Famer from Alvin, Texas — Nolan Ryan. ⚾ His signature fastball is legendary… and so is his signature beef!

We start with premium Nolan Ryan beef, aged for six weeks and hand-trimmed in-house for the perfect bite. Then it gets our signature soy sauce-based marinade before hitting the open mesquite grill, where that smoky, fire-kissed flavor takes it to the next level.
