This is a great read about the difference between cold foam and sweet cream!

At Doc's we use non-fat milk to make a light, airy traditional cold foam! We can make cold foam with different syrup flavors or milks, but it does alter the texture slightly when using a different type of milk or if you add flavor.

Which do you prefer? Cold foam or sweet cream?

Starbucks offers a number of customizations to help make the most of your drink. Two delicious ones are sweet cream and cold brew, but what's the difference?
