Behind every great meal is an even greater team. 💛

Kat has been with us since day one, and watching her grow into an incredible head chef has been so rewarding. We’re so lucky to have her on this journey with us!

Shysti has been a steady part of our team for a long time. He's a pro on the flat top, always ready to jump in wherever he's needed, and never fails to keep us laughing.

Tank may be the newest member of the kitchen, but he's fit right in. He's quickly become part of the Firefly family and has been an awesome addition to the team.

Together, they work hard every day to create the meals you love, challenge each other to keep improving, and make our kitchen a fun place to be. We're incredibly grateful for everything they do and proud to have them as part of the Firefly family.

We had the pleasure of highlighting their fresh peaches during our Americana Wine Dinner, and their tomatoes are making our BLTA and Tomato Pie even more delicious.

We love partnering with local businesses & Brothers Farm is truly one of the best. Thank you for helping us bring fresh, local ingredients to our guests!
