As I said in Yesterday's Post (Weather Permitting) Well, unfortunately every newscast I watched this morning said that this Afternoon and Evening will be Heavy Rain and Thunderstorms. So, Gigis Snack Shack will be Closed Today (Mon. 5/25).

Please have a Safe Memorial Day and Remember those Men and Women who lost their lives Protecting our Country.

**FOOD TRUCK UPDATE**
We ended up determining that it was one of the DRUM BRAKES on the food trailer that was sticking real bad almost completely seized up. THERE WERE ALSO A BUNCH OF SENSOR CHALLENGES WITH THE F350 BECAUSE OF THE FOOD TRAILER. So we have fixed that drum brake but we still need to replace a few more sensors. It seemed to drive well yesterday.

Thank you so much for the Community Support by helping me find someone to fix it quickly. I truly appreciate all of you. Thank you. ❤️ We would love to see all this week at our events. I will be doing a schedule by this afternoon. Thanks again for everyone's comments and private messages. We look forward to seeing everyone soon.

So I'm hoping that the community can help me. The F350 had some challenges that seem to be worked out now. Unfortunately, we have concluded that it is the driver side rear tire of the food trailer. The drum brake is sticking which is causing the ABS light to come on. Unfortunately, the auto shop I went to does not work on food trailers.

So, I'm reaching out to everybody on Facebook to see if anybody knows of a MOBILE Mechanic that can come to my house and either fix or replace the drum brake on the food trailer so I can get to events safely. PLEASE HELP. If you are or know someone that is a MOBILE MECHANIC Please have them reach out to me directly at 401-347-9185. I really need this done as soon as possible. Thank you in advance.

This is where I ended up trying to get to Comet West New Bern Apartments today. The F350 started driving real rough, then the check engine light came on and the ABS light came on. As if I have not been through enough lately right?

Thankfully, The team at Car Whisper did the quick diagnostic code machine (Not a FULL diagnostic) quite a few codes came up on their machine. I decided it would be best/safest to leave the F350 with them and they said they could "possibly" get it fixed tomorrow depending on how bad the truck is and how long the job takes???

I will definitely keep everyone posted. But, Please send some prayers my way y'all. I could really use them right now!!!

Gigis Snack Shack will be at Comet West New Bern Apartments today (Thur. 5/21) from 5p-7:30p (Or Till We Sell Out). There is a very big possibility that we will sell out of certain things If not everything. I would definitely recommend calling in your order at 401-347-9185 so you will be guaranteed an amazing meal from our awesome Food Truck!!

We have a couple fantastic specials and we have brought back the Blueberry BBQ Chicken Sandwich. Plus, we have the Delicious Homemade Greek Pasta Salad (Limited Availability)!!
