All three of these dishes have been selling like crazy and we have got amazing feedback from them.

The first pick is our Chicken Parm Sandwich served with Penne, Traditional Red Sauce and Topped with Freshly Grated Pecorino Romano.

The second pick is our Penne Alla Vodka topped with our Homemade Vodka Sauce, Fresh Grated Pecorino Romano and served with Toasted Garlic Bread.

Each of these dishes weighs at least 1.5lbs!! At a brick and mortar they would go for between $23 and $30!! We are charging between $17 and $19. 😊🇮🇹🌿🍅 We would love for you to give us a try so you could compare.?.

Gigi's is excited to be at Comet West New Bern Apartments Today (Sat. 9/5) from 5-7p (Or Till We Sell Out).

We have an Amazing New Menu for Everyone. You will be familiar with everything on the menu But, I have made some changes that you won't notice but will Definitely TASTE.

I'm so excited to finally have brand new equipment that works great and is fully installed.

I would definitely recommend calling in orders because we are likely to sell out. Thank you all so much, come on out, show us some love and have an Excellent Meal!!

Thank you to everyone that came out to support us tonight. It was our first day back since the renovations to the truck. We did have a challenge with the generator at the end of the evening. So we may be buying a new generator. When it rains it pours!! But, I will never give up!

BTW, the picture below is our Homemade Penne Alla Vodka with Garlic Bread. It is one of my favorite dishes. If you haven't tried it yet I would definitely recommend it. Add the Fresh Grilled Chicken to it. It really elevates the whole dish.

FINALLY!! I CAN SEE THE LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL!! THESE FINAL FEW ITEMS WILL BE DONE BY TOMORROW MORNING!!!

The flooring that was supposed to be here 4 days ago has been canceled and refunded!!! It has been at a warehouse in Kinston, NC since Sunday at 3:47am!!! But, they will not allow me to come pick it up?!? There is another company right near my house that has something similar AND it is in stock. I went there, looked at it and touched it myself.

Time to get back to work TOMORROW at BrÜtopia. I will be so relieved when EVERYTHING IS DONE!!

Folks I'm really sorry about this but there's no way we are going to be out tonight. I truly thought I could get it done but doing everything ourselves is a lot harder than I expected.

Also, my new floors haven't even come in yet so nothing is bolted to the walls. The last thing I want to do is spend almost $5,000 and break my equipment before I go to the first event.

I am sorry for the delay but we will get it done and we WILL be back better than ever!!! Please "Bear" with us.
