🥗 Seasonal Salad – Grilled chicken, spring mix, strawberries, feta, roasted tomatoes, and mixed berry dressing.

Celebrating Craven Alumni: From Craven student to Executive Chef

TyQuann Church completed Craven’s Fundamentals of Professional Cooking program in 2024 and has already achieved an incredible milestone — becoming Executive Chef at Harry’s BBQ in New Bern.

If you’ve got experience behind the bar, know how to handle a fast-paced environment, keep good energy with customers, and make a solid drink while the restaurant’s packed — we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for someone dependable, personable, detail-oriented, and ready to be part of a team that works hard and has a good time doing it.

Experience with beer, wine, cocktails, and restaurant service is preferred.
