We were happy to team up with our friends The Baker - New Bedford , Tia Maria's European Cafe and New Bedford Voc-tech and chef, Henry Bousquet to welcome students in the culinary program to tour our operations as part of a semi-annual tradition that's been dubbed the "tiny kitchen tour". As part of this initiative, students can take notes, ask questions and see real life operations in the industry at work. Kudos to Voc for introducing this into the curriculum.
