No massive brunch reservations six months in advance.
No frantic flower deliveries.

We are turning up the heat this Friday at The Baker Here is everything you need to know to lock in your lunch and treats:

⏰ THE TIMELINE

7:30 AM: Doors open! Pastries are ready. Online pre-orders open for the lunch sandwich (must change pickup time to after 11 am in order to see lunch options!).

11:00 AM: Lunch officially starts. Sandwich pickup and walk-in ordering begins.

🥪 THE MAIN EVENT (Starts at 11 AM)
The Build: Crispy Buffalo Chicken Cutlet Sandwich.
The Toppings: Melted blue cheese crumbles and creamy dressing.
The Crunch: Crisp shredded iceberg lettuce.
The Garnish: A fresh, snappy carrot and celery slaw.
Pro tip: Pre-order this online starting at 7:30 AM so you don’t miss out!

🇵🇹 PORTUGUESE MALASADAS (Starts at 7:30 AM)
The Details: Fresh, fluffy, and fried to perfection with a hint of 🍋.
How to get them: In-store walk-ins ONLY. They will not be available online.
The Limit: Strictly 3 per person so everyone gets a bite.

Pro-Tip Monday: Double-boiler gives you gentle heat when you need it (like for this passion fruit curd). Keep the water at 1-2 inches to act like a pro.

👎🏽Too little and you run the risk of the pan going dry.
👎🏽Too much and you run the risk of water bubbling over / hitting the bottom of the bowl which defeats the purpose (and it’s annoying to have more water than you need).
