Our bar manager Mike Blankenbaker is KILLING this summer cocktail release.

Wheatley vodka
Fresh ginger juice
Strawberry cheong
Champagne
Mint
A splash of soda
Topped with fresh mint and strawberry compote.

Basically summer in a glass, but hey if you want to stay inside and scroll on your phone instead your loss.

BUT if you change your mind we will be sipping these all summer long at The Exchange. Bring a friend, bring your mom, bring your dog(patio only please), we don't care. Just get over here.

Yesterday at Whitehall House & Gardens we served up goat cheese fritters, red wine braised short rib with horseradish crema, garlic & herb whipped potatoes, and blistered haricot verts for their catering show.
Big thanks to Paula Coleman with Elite Events for the beautiful florals, and to everyone who stopped by to chat, taste, and talk celebrations. PLUS got signed up for their free catering tastings.
