This is "Uncommon", but spoons go with ice cream, so we think it fits in our shop.😀

Each year, we start a new map and track guests visiting from other states and countries. Now, we have this state souvenir spoon display.

We only need visitors from 11 more this year! The most we've ever had was 40 states and 7 countries.

We think it's pretty amazing that people from all across the country visit our teeny little Southern Indiana ice cream shop.🥰

Thanks to everyone who takes a look and says they'll bring someone in or has brought someone in to help us with our goal.
(Still not sure how we'll celebrate when we get all 50.)😆

Big celebrations. Small victories. Everyday moments that make you smile.

Earlier this month, we started our Joyful Celebrations board, and we’ve already captured some pretty special moments. ❤️ Our goal is to fill it with even more!

Maybe it’s a birthday, a sports win, a good report, surviving a long week, trying something new, or simply spending time together. Whatever your reason, we believe every joyful moment deserves a scoop or two. 🍨

When our board starts to overflow, we’ll move the photos into an album so you can come back and find your special moment later.

Bye-bye, little flag! We’ll miss you!👋👋

Long story-short: We recently learned that our feather flag isn’t permitted under a city ordinance, so we will no longer be putting it out.

Longer story: We know that our beloved little flag has been a very helpful way to help you spot us from the road, which is especially difficult considering:
🌳🌳🌳- trees and shrubs on both sides
🚗🅿 🚗 - on-the-street parking directly in front the shop
🏠 🏘 🏠- being located in the middle of a residential area along a busy street.

But to be compliant, we will no longer be putting out the beacon that has let so many of you know if we were OPEN over the years.

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for understanding.

We will continue to turn our lighted interior “OPEN” signs on and keep our scooping hours posted in all the usual places: door, voice mail, website, social, etc. etc.

👉So, if you’re driving by and don’t see our flag, don't panic - we may be OPEN! 🍦

Thank you all for finding us, supporting us, sharing with others and being part of our story for the past 4½ years. We appreciate you more than you know. 🥰

Happy National Banana Split Day!

You know you want one, but think you can't eat the whole thing, right?🍌❓

We know! We heard so many of you say it, we started offering a "MINI" version 2 years ago. It was such a hit, we added it to the menu permanently.

So, the choice is yours. Do you want 2 or 3 scoops of super-premium ice cream, 2 or 3 delicious toppings of your choice on a split banana and topped with whipped cream, nuts and cherry?

Which will it be: Mini or Classic Banana Split?

Beginning Tuesday, 8/25 (National Banana Split Day), we'll be open 2p-8:30p Tuesday - Thursday and 2p-9:30p Friday - Saturday. Closed Sunday - Monday.
