We have many new followers and we are so thankful for each and every one of you! We started Smokin' Frank's BBQ in 2013 as a means to bring in an income for our family doing something we enjoyed. Little did we know that 2 years later we would have our first child and that our customers would walk along side us every step of the way through Samantha's pregnancy, through finding out our son had something called cerebellar atrophy, to navigating therapies, doctor appointments, a trip to the Undiagnosed Disease Network, uncertainties and then eventually, just this year receiving an official diagnosis for him. Our customers are like family to us. What started as a BBQ business turned into something so much more. It turned in to community! ❤️
When you place an order for a retirement party, graduation party, family get together, church event, business meeting, etc it means more to us than we could ever express. The food we offer isn't just something that comes from a box and gets heated up. Our food takes a lot of time to prepare, from smoking it low and slow with all cherry wood harvested by hand, to meticulously processing things like our Pulled Pork to ensure it is of the highest quality, or trimming our briskets so they are shaped just right to get the perfect amount of smoke and allowing them to smoke for around 24 hours to ensure they are nice and tender so the slices melt in your mouth, yet burst with flavor. There are so many behind the scenes details that you don't see but one we hope and pray you do see is the love that goes in to everything we do. Thank you for being such an awesome community! ❤️🙌
P.S. The photo below is of a blanket, sweater and two hats that were made by one of our customers for our son Samuel when he was born. That gift was and still is priceless. We happened to pull it out of a keepsake box today and told Samuel what it was, who gave it to us and when and he instantly signed "Thank You". ❤️ Also...the lighting in the room was terrible and does not do justice to just how beautiful it is!
