This would be Monday- Friday 8am-2pm.

Prep person/dishwasher.
Shifts start at 8am and end around 2/230pm
We close at 2pm daily
Our prep consists of slicing dicing onion/pepper/Tomatoes ect.
Laying out and cutting bread
Mixing pancake mix FrenchToast Ect.
Preparing meatloaf making hamburgers
Most breakfast food and some lunch such as slicing ham and turkey for sandwiches.
Ect.
Also responsible for dishes. Somedays we have 2 people doing this job, on slower day only 1 person.
We do ask that at some point our prep. People also train to help cook on busy days.
Pay will be based on your ability and availability. This will be discussed more and into detail upon interview.

Food server. Very fast paced. Great customers.
We split tips. Average 100+ daily take home tips. This is the very low end. Most days are more around 140+during the week and weekend usually 170+ just depending on daily business.
We close at 2pm daily. Opening shift is 615am 2nd sever shift is 8am.

We work hard from open to close I promise it is never that we aren't trying.. we doing an enormous volume in a small time. Please Give us grace and understanding.
