I realized some of you many not know who I am! I'm Tessa, Brenda's daughter, and I have been with mom from the beginning back in 2009 when we started doing dine in! I have been working with her ever since my Junior year of high school 😱 mostly when school was out. I earned the hours to get my driver's license by doing deliveries even! I graduated from Nevada in 2010 and graduated from Cottey in 2012. I started working full-time with mom and grandma (Carol) when I got laid off from US Bank back in October of 2024. I got a new job at Eyecare Professionals (Dr. Fast's office) full time, but then when grandad (Jerry) started having health issues, I decided to go part time and help mom run the shop. If you call to place an order, that's me that you're talking to 😉 my husband Cody and I have been married almost 5 years (on the 18th of this month!) and we have a 15 month old little boy Spencer and you might see them both from time to time. Thank you all for sticking with us these last several months and it's hard to believe that mom will have owned Belle Rose for 20 YEARS next year!

We will be Open Wednesday 11-1. It's been crazy since we've been gone. Lost a sister-in-law, Dad in the hospital and is now in a rehabilitation hospital. Mom and Dad celebrating their 66th Wedding anniversary in the hospital was special this year. Dad does much better with therapy if Mom is by his side. We are happy to be back in the Shop, serving lunches again. Thank you for your patience. See you tomorrow 11-1 111 S. Main, just off the Square on the southwest corner.

Missing your Salad from Belle Rose Lunches? Where have we been 🤷. Many of you know that my Dad hasn't been well since February. He has reached a point where he stopped improving. We have reached out to several specialists and are on numerous waiting lists. We decided something had to change. Currently he is in medical center where all of the specialists are working together to get a treatment plan for him. So there simply isn't enough time to be in the Shop the last several days. Those of you who have similar experiences with health care, you can surely relate. The health and well-being of our family is the top priority right now but I assure you, we will be back as soon as the Drs finish tests and get Dad on a healing path. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Prayers are always welcome. Serving you lunch soon😋
