We will be vending this Saturday September 6th from 11 am to 1pm or sold out. We will be parked at Nevada Collision center located at 1322 Lincoln Way. On the menu this week is Brisket and Pulled Pork. Sides will include Smokin Critters BBQ baked beans and Coleslaw. Yes we will also be serving our Nachos! Stop by and get some grub before it is all sold out!

We will be vending this Saturday August 16th, 2025 from 11am to 1 pm or sold out. We will be parked at Midwest Insurance parking lot located at 1601 S B Avenue in Nevada. On the menu this week is Brisket, Pulled Pork, and Sliced Turkey. O yes our famous Nachos as well! Our sides this week includes summer salad, Smokin Critters BBQ Baked Beans, and Cheesy Potatoes. Stop out while it last!

We will be vending this Saturday July 26th, 2025. We will be parked at Midwest Insurance parking lot located at 1601 south b Ave in Nevada from 11am to 1:30 pm or sold out. On the menu this week is Sliced Brisket, Pulled Pork, and Smokin Critters BBQ pork belly street tacos. O ya we will also have our famous Nachos. Sides will be a choice of potato salad, peach crisp or Smokin Critters BBQ baked beans. Stop out to grab some food while it last!

On the menu this week will be Sliced Brisket, Pulled pork, and Wings. Sides include Smokin Critter's mac and cheese, pea salad and BBQ baked beans. We will also have our famous nachos! Stop by and get some delicious food and say HI!

We will be vending this Saturday 6-7-25 parked at 1601 South B Ave in Nevada (Midwest Insurance parking lot) from 11- 1:30 or sold out. On the menu we will have Sliced Brisket, Pulled Pork, and Pulled Chicken. Sides will be Cheesy Potatoes, Coleslaw, and BBQ Beans along with cornbread. Our Nachos will also be on the menu. Stop by and say hi and grab some food.
