We've had a rash of Birthdays here this month and we just want to wish our one and only Bre a happy birthday (late) 😔 She's a Silly soul that loves to problem solve and make things easier on all of us! She's a foodie that loves to teach and has tried to help us with meal prep ;) she and the "Jessica's" have been partners in crime on Friday nights! And we are just so very thankful for her always being willing to take a shift or even just come alongside any of us and help! We are blessed to have her amongst our "Ranks" for sure 😊 Happy birthday Bre, we are glad you were born!

We want to wish our Rose a happy birthday 🎂
She is a "Jill" of all trades in the kitchen from cake baking (if you had our cake you know) 😋 to cookies, fudge, toffee, kringla and focaccia bread, you name it she's able! And so good at it! She's a research and development person, if I have a crazy idea she'll figure it out! She's Kari's other half in the kitchen and always watching everyone's timers ;) She and her husband Andrew own a custom bass guitar company (Drake Custom Bass) so she's very busy working with him on their amazing pieces when she's not here. Rose we are glad you were born and that you are part of our family here at Bricktown ❤️

What's for lunch on Thursday you ask? Bricktown's "Made Wrongs"

I (Paula) call them that because Mr. Feltner thinks that are completely wrong! Meat falling out of the bun ect...But you Iowans know what's good 😉 this Made Wrong is built on our house made bun, with a big pile of flavorful delicious beef and topped off with a couple dill pickles. And, some Ruffles on the side 😉

Getting pretty excited around here for our Downtown Market on Thursdays! We'll be marrying our Social on Sixth we've been doing for a couple years now on Thursdays with the New Downtown Market :) Come on downtown June 18th 5:30-8:00pm...Snag an awesome market bag, enjoy an Ice cream, coffee or special treat from Bricktown (watch for our "special market dessert") ;) bring your Lawn chair and enjoy the talented High Tressel Rovers Folk/Bluegrass (definitely one of the fan favs from last year)
Several of your downtown Brick and Mortar businesses are staying open late so be sure and stop in and say "Hi" and show them some ❤️ too as they are here all year round for us!
