It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closing of One 11 Kitchen on Tuesday October 1st. Our journey has been both fruitful and challenging, and while this decision was not easy, it is time to close this chapter.

We are deeply grateful to our amazing staff, who poured their passion into every dish and customer experience. To Tanya, Nicole, Lisa, Ryan and more, your dedication has been the heartbeat of this restaurant, and I cannot thank you enough for all your hard work.

To the talented local musicians who filled our space with incredible sounds, Stephen Holland, Billy Packard, Steve Yerkey, George Cutter, Three Times Through, Aedryan Gantt, Jason Wilkins Jazz Duo, and MANY many more, we couldn't have created such a vibrant atmosphere without your artistry. You truly made every night special.

To our loyal customers who stood by us through the thick and thin- you are the reason we were able to thrive for so long. Your support has meant the world to us, and we are so thankful for each and every one of you.

And finally to the food vendors who supplied us with fresh, quality ingredients- your reliability and commitment helped make our dishes something we were proud to serve.

Thank you for being a part of this journey. We hope to see you before we close our doors on October 1st. Join us this week as we offer different entree, appetizer, and drink specials. Let's celebrate the memories together.

One 11 is open for brunch Saturdays and Sundays from 12-3 with eggs benedict, omelets, mimosas and bottomless mimosas is an option too! Dinner hours are 5-9 Fridays and Saturdays. Thursday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday dinner is from 5-8. And Tuesdays are Taco Tuesdays where we feature only our taco and salad menu!
