We begin with 2 large brown organic eggs from humanely-raised, cage-free, vegetarian-fed hens. WE COOK THESE EGGS FOR YOU IN THE HEALTHIEST MANNER POSSIBLE, USING NO OIL, BUTTER, OR GREASE, by flash-steaming them to a light, fluffy scrambled goodness.
