We’re looking to add an experienced Full-Time Prep/Line Cook to our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, take pride in your work, and are dependable, we’d love to hear from you.

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 2 years of recent line cook experience (current or within the last 6 months)
✅ Strong grill experience required (burgers, steaks, chops)
✅ Available to work nights and weekends
✅ Comfortable working in a high-volume commercial kitchen
✅ Knowledge of cooking methods, food safety, and proper kitchen equipment use
✅ Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow recipes and instructions
✅ Positive attitude and works well as part of a team

💲 Compensation: Competitive hourly pay based on experience and skill.

It is with heavy hearts that we have learned of Sean’s passing after a courageous 2 year battle with brain cancer.

On behalf of everyone at Polo’s Bar & Grill, we want to extend our deepest condolences to Sean’s wife, family, friends, and all who knew and loved him.

We were truly honored to host a fundraiser for Sean and witness our incredible community come together with such generosity, compassion, and love. The outpouring of support was a testament to the impact Sean had on so many lives.

While our hearts ache for the Moros & Koster family, we hope they can find comfort in knowing they are surrounded by a community that continues to stand with them.

Please keep Sean’s family and loved ones in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

Rest in peace, Sean. Your memory will live on in the hearts of so many. ❤️🕊️
