Well folks week 2 is in the books and we cannot thank you enough for all the love and patience. We thought we had help but things did not work out and we figured it out anyway. We aim to add staff to assist with the flow of things but the reality is we are only operating inside of a small cart. We only have so big of equipment and can only fit so much inside daily. We honestly prep longer than are able to operate some days because of awesome humans like you guys. Currently we added 10 more pounds to daily output to the burger alone so we definitely are trying hard to be open as long as possible on the days of operations. Currently they are Wednesday through Friday 11am til sold out. This will be atleast throughout January but possibly February as well. We appreciate everyone and all the wonderful opinions and thoughts on ways of figuring things out but feel time will be the only real solution as things take time to develop and become what they are. We aim to Launch the new page East on West Tillamook soon so we can keep everyone more informed. Please feel free to follow along as it does not seam we will ever get full access to this page again. Thank you. That is really all we can say. We are definitely beyond thankful for the support and patience of everyone who has made it out and gotten fed. Every element changes things and today we found that out in more ways than one. We aim to be able to provide the service and quality as expected from the brick and mortar in Netarts and it is obvious to us that will take time and possibly adjustment to our menu. We are committed to our current days of operation Wednesday through Friday until further notice. Our hours will be from 11 til sold out daily. I know this is not the most traditional way of operating but it is the only way we can maintain the quality and learn from each day of operation. Again thank you Tillamook. We freaking love you.

Sold out for the day. Thank you everyone for coming out. Unfortunately tomorrow we will be out of fries. 150 lbs in 7.5 hours of service. Wow. Not to mention the beef. Tillamook you guys are incredible. We had to recruit some extra help. Tomorrow we will definitely sell out early as it will be our last day of operation this week and intend to use everything up. Thank you everyone for the patience and understanding as we figure the Purple People Feeder out. Much love

Well folks opening day is here. We are excited and nervous at the same time. With that being said we will only be taking orders from the window and not the phone until we get more comfortable with the People Feeder. We will be operating 11 to 5 ( or sold out) Wednesday through Friday for the month of January.

What else is there to say but thank you. Thank you everyone for showing up and giving us all the love. For sure nothing went as planned and everything was different and a huge learning curve. We apologize for the wait times today but definitely appreciate everyone’s patience. We don’t have it figured out quite yet but definitely have a better idea of how she operates. We are so excited for the future here in Tillamook and love all support we all give each other as fellow industry folk. The pictures sent to me today from Downies and Mike made us realize 100% we are in the right place. See you all tomorrow and please expect longer wait times for the first few days.

Hello all you beautiful humans. We would love to announce our Grand Opening date of Wednesday January 10th from 11 to 5. We will be open Wednesday through Friday this week to the public. Just so everyone knows you will see activity at The Purple People Feeder on Tuesday. We are taking a few hours to do an invite only soft opening. Christine will be making her rounds today. This will allow us to see how our machine works. Thank you all for understanding and we look forward to to seeing you this week. Soooo lots of great stuff to be thankful for this year. We got voted BEST BURGER by Tillamook Headlight Herald as well as third for Best Lunch Spot. That is huge since we only offered two picnic tables and some to go food. Along with these awards we were also nominated for Small Business of the Year for Tillamook County by the Tillamook Area Chamber of Commerce. So incredibly awesome and the two of us are beyond thankful. But let’s get serious we all know the real question is when will we be open at Flavors on 1st? Well it’s officially moving week our beautiful purple kitchen on wheels will be making its way to Tillamook with hopes of opening by the 10th of January after hookups and inspections. Christine and I are so ready to be back smashing patties for y’all. Happy New Year.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone. We have a lot to be thankful for this year, but most importantly we are most thankful for every single one of you. Well folks the cart has been built and we are just waiting on final finishes. We will be launching a new page so please stay tuned and follow . We are excited to bring daily specials and soups to Tillamook as well as our famous Smashburgers and Cheesesteaks[. We are still looking at a January grand opening and a few soft openings as well.
