We took a classic and flipped it (literally). The traditional skillet cake that’s been a favorite for generations just got a serious glow-up.
Our new Upside-Down Pineapple Cake starts with a rich, homemade vanilla ice cream base — smooth, slow-churned, and made in-house. Then we fold in:
