We are back Saturday March 14th from 12pm-3pm for pizza pick up in New Columbus. Sorry for hours being a little shorter this weekend. So here it is March 2026, Pizza Expo is upon us, and I find myself in a situation I have not been in since 2018.

By now, I would have already made hundreds of pizzas getting ready for competition. However, this time it is different. My Vegas competing days are over, and it is a little confusing for me to come to grips with that, however nothing can top the feeling of hearing your name called in victory. All the hard work, all the practice, all the second guessing are par for the course and worth every drop of sweat and frustration you go through in preparation. I am extremy proud of what I accomplished, not so much for me, but for my family, my friends, and my community. It is something that I will hold onto dearly for the rest of my life.

That said, I want to wish all of my pizza family who are getting ready to compete in Las Vegas the best of luck. If I can give any advice, it is put the work in. Practice every scenario, plan to have to make last minute changes, plan and practice for everything. And when you think you are ready, do it again, and again, and again. Leave nothing to chance. Remember, it is all worth it when they call your name!!!!!!
