🌿Behind the scenes at The Farmstead looks a whole lot less like a perfectly styled Instagram moment and a whole lot more like… “Will all of this fit in the car?” 😂

Boxes stacked, snack bags everywhere, charcuterie cups tucked into every available inch, coolers, trays, random supplies, and me mentally going through the list 47 times to make sure I didn’t forget the one thing I absolutely cannot forget.

This is the part you don’t always see — the shopping, prepping, packing, loading, unloading, rearranging, and occasionally playing a very aggressive game of catering Tetris. 😅

It’s a little chaotic, a lot of work, and somehow we keep showing up with good food at the end of it.

Just a little peek at the glamorous catering life over here. 🤍

We’re closed today for farm chores! 🌿

Sometimes farm-to-table means stepping away from the table for a day and getting back to the farm. There are animals to care for, chores to catch up on, and plenty of things that don’t exactly understand the concept of “business hours.” 😂

We’ll be back Tuesday for our regular hours, ready to feed you!

Thank you so much for your continued support, patience, and understanding when we need to take a day to take care of the farm that makes so much of what we do possible. We appreciate you more than you know. ❤️

☕️ OY WITH THE POODLES ALREADY… WE HAVE T-SHIRTS. ☕️

Okay, grab your coffee. Actually, grab two coffees. We have important Stars Hollow business to discuss.

👕 A Day in Stars Hollow (Neosho edition) T-SHIRTS ARE HERE!

On Saturday, November 7, Historic Downtown Neosho is transforming into our own little corner of Stars Hollow — and obviously you need the proper attire.

Because can you really wander downtown drinking coffee, hunting for photo ops, talking too fast and pretending you live in Connecticut WITHOUT a commemorative shirt?

We think not.

✨ Your shirt purchase helps us:
☕ Promote **A Day in Stars Hollow**
🏘️ Support the fun happening right here in Downtown Neosho
🎉 Help make this year’s event even bigger and better
💛 And, most importantly, gives you something to wear while asking yourself, “What would Lorelai do?”

Last year thousands of people came to experience the Stars Hollow magic, and November 7, 2026, we’re doing it all over again.

So order the shirt. Drink the coffee. Call your mom. Call your daughter. Call your best friend.

Just don’t tell Taylor we’re encouraging this much excitement. 😉

☕️ A DAY IN STARS HOLLOW (NEOSHO EDITION)
📅 Saturday, November 7, 2026
