Farm Tank Barbecue LLC isn’t just a food truck and caterer… it’s a story of tradition, craftsmanship, and passion. Their name was inspired by a piece of family history—an old farm propane tank, transformed into their very first custom smoker. Built by owner, Justin Wright and his father over the course of a year, it’s where the magic began.

Officially established in 2023, Farm Tank was born from a love of competition barbecue—and it shows. With multiple awards under their belt, including People’s Choice at Neewollah’s Annual Chili Cookoff, their flavors have already made a name for themselves.
