Nelsonville-York Band Boosters The Nelsonville -York Band Booster organization is comprised of volunteers who are dedicated to providing financial and physical support to the band.

Our band students work hard to make each season a success and have fun doing it. d Booster organization is comprised of volunteers (mostly parents/guardians of band members) who are dedicated to providing financial and physical support to the marching band program. By doing so, it helps to create a nuturing educational environment without the burden of placing a financial strain on the members and their families. The boosters support this effort through coordinating donation opportunities & fundraising activities and volunteering as needed at events. By being an active participant in the band boosters you stay informed of all band activities, meet new people and most importantly, your student sees first hand your support of their interests and endeavors. In addition, the students will also see the importance of involvement and volunteerism. Students not only appreciate it, but LOVE it when their parents get involved in something they love. The foundation of any successful school organization is built with the support and involvement of parents/guardians. The continued success of the Nelsonville - York Band Boosters relies heavily on its volunteers; with your help we can continue to support “The Pride of the Buckeyes” – the director and our present and future musicians. Please accept our invitation to attend one of our monthly meetings to see what the Nelsonville -York Band Boosters are all about.

2026 Show Shirt orders are live and due by September 4th! All current Marching Buckeyes get a free shirt, and we already have your sizes. :) Family members and friends can purchase a souvenir shirt by printing and turning in this order form with payment by September 4th, or by clicking the link on our website.

Students - for clarity - you all get a free t-shirt. If you also want a long-sleeved shirt, crew-neck sweatshirt, or a hoodie, you'll need to place an order with payment for your special request. You'll receive that in addition to your free t-shirt.

7:30 if you’re joining the pit crew (season long commitment)
7:45 if you want to see the show.

Concession workers needed for Friday, August 21st at 5:30 for the Trimble game. It takes about 25-28 workers to open both sides and run smoothly. Please comment if you can work.

Just want to say how proud we are of all the kids but especially those who are leaving sports practices and coming directly to band practice! They’re killing it!
