Freaking Squeaking BBQ is gonna roll a little smoke tomorrow and cook up a little "Q" for the family. It's been a good minute since we fired the old girl up. I'm really looking forward to it.

Played around with a new idea last weekend. I wrote out a new recipe for whole pork tenderloin. Tried it out on the family and it turned out unbelievably good. This will be another dish to add to the menu. I also just to brush up on my brisket decided to smoke one of those by the recipe I used at the N.C. State Fair for the crew cooking representing Grillman Grills from New Bern North Carolina. If you want a great grill look these guys up. The brisket turned out delicious. Look forward to seeing all the people that has supported us sometimes soon during the summer.

Freaking Squeaking Bbq had the opportunity to cook for a great group of people last night at the Kinderton Country Club as the Clarksville Fire Dept. held their glow golf tournament. We received a lot of positive comments about the meal. We are very happy everyone enjoyed it just as much as meeting a lot of new people and starting some new friendships. Thank you all.

It's been a hectic and chaotic year to say the very least. I want to say thank you to everyone that's supported my little dream. We had the privilege last weekend to cook for a great family celebrating a special Birthday dinner. We at Freaking Squeaking Bbq want to say thank you to the Griffin family for trusting in us to cater such a great event. It's our great friends that helps make my dreams a reality.

It's been a while since we have been out doing something we so love and enjoy. Meeting all our friends and supporters and cooking some good food.
