Ours starts with 100% local, pasture-raised, grass-fed Angus beef — raised five miles from our door, on Cooper’s Farm. We slice it thin, season it simply, and air-dry it low and slow for four-plus days. No shortcuts, no junk.

We’re still OPEN as usual, 7AM–6PM EVERY DAY, including all weekend! ☕️🥪

Our main entrance will remain open, and you can also:
