Gravedoni’s in Negaunee

You know we gotta run that prime grade brisket one more time. The marbling on those cuts was insane. We’re pairing it up with a French classic in green beans almondine. Which is basically roasted green beans with butter, almonds, and lemon juice. Simple but very declious. Mustard potato salad is a southern staple. The acidity of the added mustard cuts through the creaminess of the mayonaise and is a tangy relief from a savory brisket. Then we’re finishing it off with some almond shortbread in the classic pistachio pudding like Aunt Mary used to make.

We’re selling bulk cudighi sausage by the pound again today! We doubled up our volume from last time, so hopefully it lasts a bit longer 😅 We also sliced up another case of hot soppressata, and will have that available today as well. Prices are as follows:

Quite the storm so far! A current update for our status tomorrow:
It is very possible we will have to close for the entirety of tomorrow, Tuesday 3/17. Between making our way back into town, snow cleanup, being delayed on prep work, etc; it will be a stretch to have everything ready even by dinner time. Additionally, our Tuesday supply delivery was cancelled which further complicates things.

We will keep everyone posted, but for now we are predicting that will have to close Tuesday. If that changes we will be sure to let you know! Thank you and stay safe.

So we had a couple big purchases of 8+ pounds, and a lot of 3lb purchases; so we got cleaned out earlier than we expected! We will look to sell the cudighi again soon though, so keep an eye out!!
