To our Bedrock Coffee community,

As we settle in to May, we want to update you on what to expect for the rest of the month. First off, as many of you have been asking for, COLD BREW IS BACK!!! Find all five of our popular flavors in the cold brew fridge as you walk in. Don’t forget to check out the other grab and go options as well; the new wraps from Sweet Lair have been selling fast.

We also have some more new partnerships to share. You can now enjoy our coffee at Zuppas Cafe and Catering. They have a delicious breakfast menu, make sure to stop in and try it! We also are excited to shout out The Upper Yard in Manitowoc. They are opening at the end of the month, so if you find yourself in the area this summer be sure to swing by and check them out.

And last but not least, we are launching a new Microlot to add to our collection, so keep your eyes on social media for what that will be. We’re not saying what it is just yet, but the tasting notes are wild berry, black tea and strawberry. If you can guess the origin, you might get a discount on the bag... stay tuned!

To our Bedrock Coffee community,

We are excited to highlight a few things coming up this month. For starters, we will be adding grab and go salads and wraps to our fridge, made locally by Bri at the Sweet Lair, who has already been doing a terrific job with all our baked goods. In addition, we have been offering oatmeal for the last few weeks and will look to carry beef sticks from The Butcher in Pine River alongside a few other healthy snacks to round out our food choices.

Another partner we are excited to feature are the folks at Creekside Creamery in Hortonville. They are opening mid April and offer handcrafted ice cream and a coffee bar. We have worked with them to develop three organic roasts that you can only get at their shop, we highly recommend checking them out and following along on their journey.

Lastly, we are featuring a local artist, Cory Oberman, through the program at Remarkable, elevating diverse abilities. Her gallery “The Love of Nature” will be displayed in our shop for the entire month of April. She is a photographer whose work is rooted in her lifelong connection to nature, and she hopes that when viewers encounter her work, they are “transported to a more relaxing, uplifting space—one that softens the world’s negativity and invites a sense of calm.”

Make sure you swing by the shop to try our spring menu while its still here, featuring the Blueberry Waffle Latte, Spanish Shaken Espresso and Honey Coconut Latte, and follow along on social media to stay up to date on sales and events.

Valentine’s Day is almost upon us!
We’re feeling the love here at Bedrock, hoping to share it with all of you with our Valentine’s Day menu!!

Dark Chocolate Strawberry:
A semi sweet dark mocha with the sweet taste of strawberry 🍓 perfect to warm the heart!

White Chocolate Raspberry:
That sweet white chocolate with the tart sweet raspberry, deliciously balanced in flavor!

Matcha with Raspberry Cold Foam:
If you’re looking for special treat that’s not coffee this is it! An iced creamy matcha latte with lightly whipped sweet raspberry cold foam. Great treat for running errands!

Let’s celebrate Nick! He is having his very first solo Art Show at Bedrock Coffee Roasters at 214 W. Cecil, Neenah. Nick’s artwork will be on display all of January. Remarkable is so proud of Nick’s accomplishments.
