Hey guys! Colin Dexter will be at Fort Bend County Fair this evening and tomorrow evening. While he’s down this way he wants to come sing at The Rusty Cowboy! He’ll be on the inside stage Sunday from 12-2! Come listen to this guy sing!! No charge, it’s all on us, just come enjoy some great home cooking and superb country music! Sorry for such a late notice! It’s going to be great!!❤️🤠

Good morning! We have a few changes to our schedule for this weekend because of the rain so I thought I better jump on here and tell you about the week!

Today is Wednesday, we have fried ribs or steaks fingers with homemade Mac n cheese and ranch style beans for our lunch plate through the drive thru. 11:30-1:30. We open at 4 and have our wing special. 8 wings in your favorite dipping sauce for $9.99. Get it for an appetizer or your meal.

Thursday for lunch we have 3 crisp tacos, beans and rice for out lunch plate. It’s $12.99. We also have a short menu Wednesday-Friday for lunch. I’ll post it in the comments. Thursday evening we have Braeden Maverick returning to the stage on the inside. He’ll play from 6-9. Come enjoy a great meal and listen to him.

Friday for lunch through the drive thru we have fried hand cut pork chops or fried fish with smothered potatoes and green beans. We also have our burger baskets for $10.
Friday is the day of the big announcement. It’s suppose to rain all day and evening so we are canceling our Trent Cade concert. We will let you know when we will reschedule. We’ll have someone inside singing but not sure yet who it will be. Friday is $3 longnecks and we have a seafood platter special for $28.99. Hopefully the rain is slow and easy. We definitely need it.

Saturday we open at 12. We have our 12 shrimp and two sides all day long for $19.99. We also have our fried baby back ribs and two sides for $19.99. Both very delicious! Saturday evening we will have the Steakhouse Trio 6:39-9:30. If it rains they are going to set up and play in The Old Gray Mare. I’m kinda looking forward to it being in there, it’s so awesome. It’ll be fun dancing on the old wood floor!😊

Sunday we’re open 12-3. Don’t let the cars scare you from coming in, we have a confirmation celebration in the Old Gray Mare at 11.

It’s hard to believe it’s already fair time here in Ft Bend County! I had a lot of memories of showing cattle there as a kid. It also means cool weather is near!
I hope so because we have some good music coming outside to the patio for the next few weeks.

I’m a little late but let me tell you about the coming week here at The Rusty Cowboy.

Starting with Wednesday, we have the fried baby back ribs, ranch style beans and homemade Mac n cheese for the lunch special. We open through the drive thru 11:30-1:30. We also have our short menu available. I will post it in the comments. Need lunch delivered to the school or local business? We will deliver for no charge thru lunch. We open at 4 and have the wing special back this week. 8 for $9.99, dipped in your favorite sauce.

Thursday, we are having 4 ribeye street tacos with beans and rice for the lunch special, through the drive thru. Thursday evening we have Mr.Braeden Maverick on the inside stage from 6-9. If you haven’t heard this kid sing, you should come check him out. One day he will be a super star and I’m going to be proud to say he sang at The Rusty Cowboy when he was 16! We have the surf and turf special on Thursdays, you get a 10oz sirloin, 3 shrimp, cooked the way you like it and two sides for $28.99. Come enjoy some awesome live music while you eat.

Friday for lunch, we have our fried pork chop or fried fish, smothered potatoes, and green beans through the drive thru. Plus Friday is $10 burger baskets for lunch. Mr. Steve Escobar will be on the outside stage from 6:30-9:30. We have $3 longnecks all evening! Come enjoy a cooler evening, cold b**r, and great country music under the trees.

Saturday we open at noon with our 12 shrimp platter. You get 12 shrimp cooked the way you like them, with two sides of your choice for $19.99. All Day! Mr. Jerry Hart will be on the outside stage 7-10 playing some excellent dancing music. Come enjoy a great evening of food and dance the night away.

Sunday we are open 11-3.

I wanted to give you some dates to put on your calendar.

Mr. Trent Cade will be here October 2 from 7-10. There will be a $20 cover at the gate just for the concert area. You don’t have to have a ticket just to come inside to eat.

Also, October 9th M&M playboys will be on the outside stage playing some great polka music. Come dance and enjoy.

Cole Degges is coming back October 16th

Mr. David Glenn will be on the outside stage October 23rd.

Steel Country will be back on Thursday, October 29th.

We have a great month of superb country music! I can’t wait!
