Well, started the day off with my Internet hotspot, not working. It sucked but manageable just only able to take cash payments. However, now my deep fryer has decided to quit working for the second time since I’ve owned this trailer so I guess I’m going to have to shut down. I have contacted a company in Irondale and they’re gonna check it out Monday. Hopefully they’ll have the parts in stock to get it fixed and that’ll be all the downtime that I have if not, I will reach out Monday and let everybody know the situation and the status. Say a prayer it’s nothing serious and that we’re back up Monday, please!!!!!!

Enjoying a little, much needed, vacation with my wife this week. However ,we will be opened this Friday, refreshed, and ready to serve!!! Can’t thank the amazing people who make up Blount county enough for your continued support for our little food truck. I’m literally blown away by how much you guys have supported us through our first year!!!! Praying for many years of service to come, (and maybe something a little more permanent 😉) and Looking forward to getting back to the grind!!!! Thank you all again!! ☺️☺️☺️
