Before we talk wings, beer, and beating Texas… we have to talk about last night.

There really aren’t words big enough to describe what we witnessed. The love, generosity, and support that filled that room for Andie was absolutely incredible. Goosebumps. All night long.

To every person who donated, volunteered, bid, bought, shared, worked, showed up, or helped in ANY way — THANK YOU.

We’ve always been proud to call Nebraska City home, but last night was one of those nights that reminds you exactly why. When one of our own needs us, this community SHOWS. UP. ❤️

We are incredibly proud to be a part of it and even more proud to serve all of you.

❤️ REMINDER — WE WILL BE CLOSED TOMORROW, AUGUST 29TH.

Tomorrow is one of those days that reminds us there are things so much bigger than business.

Five-year-old Andie is battling Stage 3 Nephroblastoma (Wilms Tumor), a form of kidney cancer, and tomorrow our community gets the chance to stand beside her and her family and show them they are not fighting this battle alone.

We hope to see this place packed with people ready to eat, bid, donate, hug, laugh, cry, and come together for one very special little girl.

Because no five-year-old should have to be this brave.

No family should have to carry this kind of fear alone.

And if showing up, giving a little, buying a meal, placing a bid, or simply filling this building with love can make even one day of this journey a little easier for Andie and her family, then that is exactly what we are going to do.

Tomorrow isn’t about us. It isn’t about the restaurant. It’s about wrapping one little girl and her family in as much love and support as this community can possibly give.

Tonight we eat steak. Tomorrow, we show Andie what a small town with a huge heart looks like. 💛

The update we have wanted to give! 🤩

After a few days in the hospital, a couple days of rest, the kid is BACK! 😜

In all seriousness thank you so much to everyone that reached out, prayed, helped with the restaurant, it meant the world! 🤍

Anna had a successfully placed stent in the left kidney & will go back in a couple weeks for an additional surgery, but everything is just as it should be right now! 👍🏻

With that being said, let’s run a special today! 🤪

When you choose to open a business and be fully involved in day to day operations, a part of your life becomes a little bit transparent.

Last night Anna was experiencing some pain and was transferred to Lincoln via squad. She is currently awaiting emergency surgery to put a stent in her kidney.

She is in good spirits & they are keeping a close eye on her with pain being monitored. As always in a situation like this if you could throw a prayer her way, I know she would appreciate it. ✝️

So with that being said we will be closed today because Amanda has decided to be with Anna while she waits for surgery, but open up later for the Coaches Kickoff!
