Howdy, Hotdoggers!

I am pleased to announce that the new owner of my hot dog cart will soon be in business and ready to meet all of your hot dog needs. Frank Scanlin is the new Executive Chef and head dishwasher and he has named his business "Simply Franks". I reckon he will start a page and with that in that regard this page will be closing permanently in the next few days.

Thanks to all of y'all for your undying support over the years. I had a blast and running my own business was probably the best decision I ever made. I have no real regrets, only great memories made one hot dog at a time.

Today I remember and honor my friend, Glenda, whom gained her angel wings on this day 6 years ago. I love you so much G and I will forever miss your beautiful smile, fabulous sense of humor, bubbly attitude and personality, and your amazing kindness no matter what. You are dearly missed and loved here while we await our time to join you. 👼🏼 I can’t wait to dance and laugh with you again where eternal life will be pain and disease free. May God continue to bless your wonderful family and hold them close as they are missing you, also.
