There are only a few weeks left of crawfish season, so don't miss out on your chance to swing by for some great flavor! We'll be open Thursday and Friday from 4pm - 8pm, and on Saturday and Sunday from 2pm - 8pm. Our crawfish is only $5.99/lb this week, so come on down!

We'll have some changes to our hours of operations next week, so stay tuned for that update. It has been a great first season and we can't wait to finish strong. Thanks!

Sorry for the late notice, been a busy day. We will be closed today, 05/13, to restock. We sold out yesterday and we have a truck headed back with fresh crawfish. We will reopen Thursday, 05/14, from 4-8 pm. $3.99 was such a big hit we will do $3.99 Tuesdays till the end of the season!! Love our customers!

We want to first congratulate AC Barber Studio on winning the cooler special contest we ran last week. We hope you all were able to see some other local businesses that maybe you didn't know about and can now go check out.

Our trip up to Downtown Bryan was great and we wanted to thank everyone who came out to support us or give a try for the first time.

This Tuesday and Wednesday we are right back at it with $4.99/lb crawfish from 4pm-8pm. Thanks for the continued support from everyone in our first season.

We're excited to announce that we'll be at The Owl in downtown Bryan this Saturday the 25th from 3pm-9pm! There will be live music, cold beer, and of course our amazing boiled crawfish. Well after some much needed rest we are right back at it today from 2pm-8pm with boiled crawfish for only $5.99/lb!

Thanks to everyone who came out to celebrate National Crawfish Day with us. Here are some fun facts about yesterday:

2,393 - The number of pounds of crawfish we boiled.
Over 8.5 hours that averages out to over 280 pounds per hour!
With over 175 transactions our average transaction time was around 3 minutes.
12 pounds - The average order of crawfish.
237 - The number of dips ya'll bought.
2.5 hours - The time spent after closing time that we kept serving.
