LaMaddalena Cafe La Maddalena is the brainchild of Frederic Anthony Miller, aka "Chef Freddy", & his wife of 18 years Sharonda.

They have been serving the Emerald Coast for well over 6 years with Chef on Demand. Chef on Demand was established in 2004, where the two have catered everything from small office & church functions to large weddings & banquets.
