We also always work with the fruits natural colors, but sometimes after coking its down right ugly lol and we have to add a pinch of coloring, this will also always be stated on the batch. you will taste the fruits sweetness and tartness. All our batches are handcrafted in small batches with no measurable recipes. We do what the fruit tells
