In 2024, B & C Investigations was hired to look into a proposed sexually violent predator placement in Ballico. We obtained the contract, reviewed the proposed location and shared what we found with law enforcement and the District Attorneyβs Office. That placement did not move forward, period.
Later, Turlock community members contacted us about another proposed location. We investigated, held a town hall to hear residentsβ concerns and joined the community protest on June 21st. Also know as our CEO Kelleyβs birthday. A day we will never forget! A press conference took place at the Turlock Police Department that same day. That same day, two disabled veterans, including Kelley were removed from the press room. We believe our advocacy played a role. That dispute remains in active litigation. We will continue to do good work and stand up for our community!
This work shows why careful investigations, documentation and community voices matter. We will not back down when we are bullied, intimidated or threatened to stand down. Enough is enough!
